If your event includes overnight accommodations, there is a large Lodge and 5 Cabins nestled on the property surrounding the Event Center, near a wooded canyon in the La Sal Mountains. Featuring spectacular mountain views, and breathtaking starry skies at night. Surrounded by National Forest, just 45 minutes from Moab and located near 12 famous destinations including Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, several national monuments and state parks, and the Colorado River. The cabins are priced individually or you can reserve the entire resort for your group. Check-in and check-out times depend on your needs and availability.
Fantastic and modern, secluded yet civilized, comfortable yet adventurous, Wolf Springs Ranch Retreat is off-grid, surrounded by forests, and is home to much wildlife, large and small, eagles, hawks. Hiking, horseback riding with a professional wrangler, mountain biking, fishing, bird watching, photography, and other activities can be done on the premises. ATV trails, challenging mountain trails, rivers, lakes, streams, rock climbing, national parks and monuments, museums, and other recreational opportunities are just a short drive away.
Individual cabins or the entire resort are available for your Reunion, Wedding, Retreat, or get together.
The Family Lodge and Cabins 1, 2, and 3 are pet friendly and we allow up to two dogs per cabin. We do not allow pets in cabins 4 and 5 so we may accommodate guests with allergies. Firewood for the fire pit at the lodge is available for $5 for a large bucket or you can bring your own.. The firewood is located near the entrance of the retreat, and per the honor system, you can leave the money in the metal box provided. Please return buckets to the firewood area when you are through. Please take note that there are no outside fire pits for the individual cabins, only the lodge. The power for the Lodge and cabins is provided by environmentally friendly solar power so please, no curling irons or blow dryers, or other high demand electrical devices. As part of your off-grid experience at times there might be power outages as weather conditions or other issues might cause problems with the system. These problems are rare and are usually quickly resolved, backup generators are available if necessary.

Cell phone service is limited in this area, but it might be possible to make calls at various locations on the ranch depending on your carrier. Verizon is the best carrier option and you can usually get a decent signal at the Event Center
Also, be aware that you drive up a well maintained gravel road about 4 miles after turning off the highway and then drive up a less improved road about a half mile to the cabins. Most cars can handle the drive with no problems, 4wd is not necessary however cars with extra low clearance are not recommended and conditions will vary after rain or snow.

During your stay, you will likely see our ranch dog Leah who wanders the ranch keeping an eye on things and will be checking in on you periodically and will try her best to wheedle a munchie from you.

The family lodge features a large kitchen with 2 large refrigerator/freezers, commercial stovetop and ovens, an open Dining Room and huge family table, great room, TV with DVD player, 2 full bathrooms with showers and 1 luxurious soaker tub, 5 bedrooms (4 queen beds, 1 full-size rollaway), 5 twin beds in the loft, and sleeping pads by request. We do not provide linens for loft beds or sleeping pads, so bring your own blankets or sleeping bags and pillows. Perfect for family reunions and celebrations, the family lodge has 2 outdoor grills, and 3 walk-out decks for outdoor dining and relaxing. Pet friendly, up to 2 dogs.

Cabin 1 (sleeps up to 8 when booked with the bunkhouse, 4 on its own) is surrounded by large Ponderosa pines and features a fully equipped and stocked kitchen and a comfy living area, 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed, large soaker tub, shower, walk-out deck with picnic table and chairs and charcoal grill, and an adjacent bunkhouse that sleeps 4. The bunkhouse has 2 bunk beds and 1 queen bed. Bring your blankets or sleeping bags and pillows for the bunkhouse they are not provided. Pet friendly, up to 2 dogs.

Cabins 2 and 3 (sleep up to 4 each) also feature fully equipped and stocked kitchens, comfy living areas, wood stoves, bedrooms with queen beds, large soaker tubs and showers, and walk-out decks with table and chairs and charcoal grills. Cabins 1, 2, and 3 are a short walk from our unique and unbelievable treehouse (amazing photo stop) which is 20 feet up in an immense Ponderosa pine tree, and our private catch & release fishing pond. Pet friendly, up to 2 dogs.

Cabins 4 and 5 (sleep 4 each) feature a modern design touch, queen beds and large couches that double as queen roll-away beds, large bathrooms with showers, fully equipped and stocked kitchens, walk-out decks with table and chairs and charcoal grills, and they overlook the entire retreat with spectacular 360-degree views. No pets allowed.

We are also offering guided hikes of picturesque Hangdog Canyon, which is adjacent to the cabins. The hikes are not strenuous and are appropriate for most healthy individuals, are approximately 3 miles round trip, and will take approximately 2.5 hours including a break for lunch. (4 adult minimum in each group, $30.00 each, children under 8 are free) Bagged lunches available upon request for $12 per adult and $8 for children’s portions. They include sandwiches, chips, fresh veggies, cookies or brownies,s and water, and soft drink or juice.

And coming soon, ATV rides with our partners from Moab will let you drive directly from downtown Moab to our resort and explore the area!

And even more exciting, an Event Center that can host up to 150 guests! This will be a full-service facility that will be available for events like weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats, etc.

Get ready for your off-grid adventure! This cabin is located on the La Sal Mountains just 45 miles away from downtown Moab. With room for 4 people, this is a great cabin to enjoy everything Moab has to offer while staying away from the crowds. This cabin sits in the trees on the La Sal Mountains and is perfect for couples or families that love to see the sites but want to be away from it all. There is plenty of space to kick back and relax, or if you want to explore, hiking to the fully stocked trout\steelhead pond in the valley below or on the 4 miles of trails through the canyon along the creek. You are welcome to fish in the pond without needing a fishing license, but only using barbless hooks and catch and release.

Come relax and enjoy the complete solitude while watching wildlife roam around the 100 acres of forest and trees surrounding the cabin. Then start up a campfire and enjoy telling stories late into the night while viewing the vivid night sky. Later head inside to the 4-bedroom cabin with all of the amenities needed for a great stay including a fully equipped kitchen is ready to cook up those delicious meals that you can eat while taking in the stunning views!

You will LOVE the amazing Tree House available for your use, 30 feet in the air which offers truly spectacular views!! With downtown Moab a short drive away, you are never going to run out of things to do while staying here. This cabin sits in the trees on the La Sal Mountains and is perfect for couples or families that love to see the sites but want to be away from it all. There is plenty of space to kick back and relax, or if you want to explore, hiking to the fully stocked trout\steelhead pond in the valley below or on the 4 miles of trails through the canyon along the creek. This cabin is located on the La Sal Mountains just 45 miles away from downtown Moab.

You will LOVE the amazing Tree House available for your use, 30 feet in the air which offers truly spectacular views!! With downtown Moab a short drive away, you are never going to run out of things to do while staying here. This cabin is situated central to Arches and Canyonlands/Needles National Parks along with many other local attractions. Also, there are ATV and Mountain Biking trails in the area that are accessible from the ranch.

There is a full kitchen with all the cookware needed to provide a great meal. The bedroom features a queen bed with two sleeping mats (please bring blankets or sleeping bags for the mats). The bathroom features a full soaking tub with a separate shower. The power for the cabin is provided by solar so please, no curling irons or blow dryers. Electric frying pans and crocks pots won’t be available as well. And please be aware that as part of your off-grid experience at times there might be power outages as weather conditions or other issues might cause problems with the system. These problems are rare and are usually quickly resolved, backup generators are available if necessary.
